[dropcap]A[/dropcap]beokuta, just like Ibadan, is a city with “brown roofs”, this means there are a lot of old buildings. So I was incredibly surprised when I first visited ParkInn by Radisson, because unlike most hotels/buildings in the city, it was clean, new, fresh, and quite modern.
After my second visit, I shared the picture on my Instagram and I raised a poll to find out if any other person knew about the hotel and the results showed that over 90% of my audience on Instagram also did not know about the hotel, hence this post.
I went to the hotel twice, for two different conferences, so I would not be able to give you an experiential review on the hotel, but I’d let you in on all you need to know.
Location:
The hotel is located at Ibrahim Babangida Boulevard, Kuto, Abeokuta. It was not difficult locating the hotel as Google maps got us covered!
Rooms:
The hotel has 173 rooms in total.
Food:
I am always happy after leaving the hotel because of the food. We are usually served a 3 course meal, both Nigerian and continental dishes, all as a buffet service.
Recreational Amenities:
There is also a big swimming pool alongside a gymnasium, basket ball and a volley ball court.
Security:
The security seems pretty tight as I noticed a few CCTV cameras, smoke detectors and off course security officials. A police station is also located 2 kilometers away from the hotel.
If there is anything else you need to know about the hotel let me know, I would be happy to help.
Also send me an email: hello@thefisayo.local if you would like make bookings.
